Congratulations to my wonderful sellers, Dexter and Sarah, on the sale of their home! One year ago, I was in their neighbor’s yard at an inspection, and Dexter was outside doing yard work and he asked me if I was the agent who was selling the home I was at. We ended up chatting for a while and he told me he was interested in selling but had to talk to his wife first, and I left him my business card and went on my way. Fast forward one year later and I got a phone call from Sarah saying “I don’t know if you remember but you met my husband in our front yard last year….” And now they’ve not only become clients- but friends, and I’m so happy for them as they start out on this exciting new chapter in their new home!
They were such an awesome family to work with- I’m sad the process is done! I’m so grateful they kept my card on their fridge and called me when the time was right for them. ❤️❤️
