Some clients come into your life through real estate, and others become part of your story. Chastity and her mom, Marilynn, are definitely part of mine. ❤️

My journey began back in 2020, right in the middle of COVID, when I first started working with Chastity as she rented a home through Rental Home KC. None of us could have imagined then where the next several years would take us.

In 2022, I had the privilege of helping Chastity and Marilynn take the next step and purchase a home together. It was such a special moment to watch them go from renting to having a place they could truly call their own.

And now, another chapter begins. With Chastity preparing for an exciting move to Boston, it was time to sell the home we had worked together to find just a few years ago.

This sale certainly didn't go as smoothly as any of us anticipated. There were challenges, unexpected turns, and moments that tested our patience. But we kept moving forward together, one step at a time, and today, I am so happy to say that we made it to the finish line. They are officially CLOSED! 🏡❤️

There is something incredibly rewarding about being able to walk alongside people through so many different seasons of their lives, from renting, to buying their family home, to selling it and beginning an entirely new adventure.

Chastity and Marilynn, thank you for trusting me through every chapter. More than anything, I am grateful for the relationship and friendship that grew along the way.

Chastity, I wish you nothing but happiness and success as you begin your new adventure in Boston. I will miss having you here in Kansas City, but I am so excited to see where this next chapter takes you.

Sometimes real estate is about houses. But the best part is that, somewhere along the way, it becomes about the people. ❤️
