Just a little recap for December 2022 according to KAR...

Home sales in Kansas fell by 30.4% in November 2022 compared to the same period last year. National sales fell with sales falling 35.4% over 2021.
Home prices continue to increase across the state. The statewide average sale price in November was $293, 301 a 10.6% increase compared to last year. Midwest prices rose 3.9% and US prices rose 3.5%.
Mortgage rates increased. The national average commitment rate on 30-year conventional mortgage for the week ending December 16, 2022 was 7.08%.
