Some transactions mean a little more than others.

Getting to help one of my best friends purchase 340 acres back in Southern Iowa was definitely one of those.

Buying or selling a home is stressful enough — doing it while you’re hours away, moving into another house, and trying to keep everything straight makes it even tougher.
