Are you tired of having the same mundane tasks day in and day out? Do you think on the fly? Are your multi-tasking skills superior? We have a newly renovated 18-unit Motel in the up-and-coming city of Prairie du Chien, ready for your finesse. With the versatility in tasks in regards to being the Motel & Rental Property Coordinator, it allows you to be your own boss with the freedom to coordinate, oversee, and delegate tasks to include:
• Hiring & managing small staff & maintenance team while coordinating their schedules
• Manage Guest reservations via phone and online
• Assist with Guest Check-ins & Check-outs
• Clean & sanitize rooms between guest stays
• Upkeep of the premise to include light cleaning
• Drafting & review of new leases & resigning current tenants
• Set up showings with potential tenants
• Marketing & Advertising open units

Now, let’s talk compensation-
• Competitive pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour **Note: Negotiable Pay, based on Prior Experience**
