We have a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom beautiful home available NOW at Lawler School Lofts! All efficient appliances included as well as an in-home washer and dryer and a garage. Additionally, residents have access to a community room, business center, and exercise room. The monthly rent is $713 - call (608) 306-0493 for more information or to set up a tour!

*Residents, remember that we offer a $150 referral credit if you refer someone and they sign a lease. Just make sure they include your name on their application. We'd love to have more great neighbors like you!

COVID-19 update (3/9/2021): All Commonwealth managed property offices are now open to the public during regular business hours (which may vary at each property). Mask usage is required and please refrain from entering any office if you are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms.

Additionally, amenity spaces are also open (unless restricted by local guidelines). Social distancing and mask usage are also required.

COVID-19 UPDATE 7/3/2020: With the recent spike of COVID-19 cases across the country, our property management team will be taking extra precautions when interacting with others:

1. Our onsite office is operating under regular business hours. However, appointments are required for in-person meetings along with the usage of screening questionnaires and masks. We are also available via phone, email, and virtual video conferencing. Visit the About tab for additional contact information.

2. Most/all community amenity spaces are open at this time. Social distancing and masks are encouraged along with following other state/local guidelines. We reserve the right to close the community amenity spaces as needed due to new safety or health concerns/guidelines. Resident events and activities are still canceled at this time.

PROPERTY UPDATE RE: COVID-19 AS OF 6/1/2020:
Amenity spaces will be opening effective today. We ask all residents to practice social distancing when using the community spaces and to wash your hands frequently. We will clean amenity spaces daily during regular business hours. If you are feeling sick or have symptoms of COVID-19, please do not visit the amenity spaces.

We will start completing routine work orders effective today. Our office team will contact residents if you have submitted previous work orders to ask a series of questions to ensure there is minimal risk of COVID-19 exposure prior to entering your home.

Our property management office is open to residents via phone or email. Please be advised we still have flex schedules in place.

Thank you for your understanding and patience during the last few months. Safety, health and well-being are of the utmost importance to us.
