What a journey this was! 🏡✨

I lost count of how many homes we looked at, but I do know we toured 7 houses in one day across 4 different counties! Between in-person and virtual showings, I think we were up to around 15 homes before we found the one.
I’m so thankful they didn’t settle, because when this beauty hit the market, we were ready to move fast—and it paid off!
The trust they placed in me was incredible. They submitted an offer based solely on my video tour and feedback before ever seeing the home in person! Talk about a nerve-wracking experience for me! Ha! Thankfully, the moment they walked through the door, they fell in love. 🥰
