It’s been a busy couple of months helping three of our buyers find off-market properties—but this one truly stood out.
The seller came to me facing foreclosure and unsure of the next steps. I went with him to court and he asked the judge for a little extra time and thankfully, it worked. Then I helped line up a dumpster and find a storage unit and a new place to live so we could sell the home and avoid foreclosure on his record… .🙌
From there, we connected with the perfect buyer—someone ready to breathe new life into this property and make it even better than before. In the end, both parties walked away happy, which is always the goal. 💛

Tammy Young, Sarah Goetsch, and Pam Halverson always host a Bloody Mary and Screwdriver Bar to greet the golfers before they tee off!
