As of August 17th, the National Association of Realtors (NAR) has introduced changes to enhance transparency and protect your interests in real estate transactions. Here’s what you need to know:

🔍 No More Compensation Details in MLS: Compensation agreements will no longer be publicly listed on the MLS. This means that we’ll have more room for private, tailored discussions about terms and compensation. 🤝

📝 Written Agreements Required: Before we start touring homes, we’ll need a written agreement in place. This ensures that both of us are on the same page and fully understand the terms of our working relationship from the beginning. 📜
