Everyone welcome the newest Realtor to join The Couv Group, Gáel Perez !!🙌🏻
Gaél will be a great addition to our group and has already hit the ground running! He’s been around Real Estate his whole life, mainly through the construction side with his dad. So clients who work with Gaél will benefit from his knowledge of construction and spotting potential red flags when viewing properties!

📝Some fun facts about Gaél are:
He’s an amazing musician and plays on the worship team at his church🙌🏻.
He loves fitness, tennis, and it’s very likely he could beat you in chess!♟️

We’re so excited to have a new member of the family. Y’all help us congratulate Gaél Perez!

The team just got better!!
Everyone help us welcome Sarah Kratzer to the family!!👏🏻🤍
Sarah is a licensed Realtor with over 4 years of experience in the Baton Ruge market. She also held a pivotal role on the admin side of two large Real estate offices for years prior to that!

Sarah will now have a hybrid role with The Couv Group as a “showing specialist” to help our clients find their dream home, and also as a Realtor still serving her own clients!
Any of my clients who’ve met Sarah tend to love her even more than me lol🤨.

She’s a devoted wife, amazing momma to her two precious children, and has perhaps the cutest dog on the planet! He is NOT for sale though as I’ve already tried to convince her to let me take him home with us😬🐶.

Everyone help us in welcoming, Sarah
to The COUV Group!🙏🏻
