Louisiana home sales are currently up 33.8% year-over-year. But why? Main reason being, there Is very limited inventory and lots of buyers.

The housing market currently remains a sellers market, more now than ever. So what are you waiting for? Give me a call at 225.413.2468 for a consultation and lets get your house on the market!

Let’s tackle this Monday together 💪🏽

#🅳🅾🅽🅴🅳🅴🅰🅻 That’s a wrap for 2021!! Congratulations to my 68th client of 2021!!! How ironic, I started 2021 with an investor buying an investment property, and I’m closing the year with another investor closing on his first flip!! If I told you all he did was show up to buy the house then show up to sell the house would you believe me? Well it’s true, he did absolutely nothing but have his ducks in a row! Dm me if you’re trying to get your ducks in a row to become a no hands on investor. Congratulations and welcome to the MRIG family Howard. Cheers 🥂 to many more in 2022!!!!
