(Just because you qualify for a $200,000 home, doesn't mean you are comfortable with that monthly payment.) Once we get that established, I will begin the process of finding out what amenities are important to you, what area you would like to live in and any other factors that are important to you. Then we will begin the hunt for your dream home! I will help you all the way through the process, making sure everything is done correctly, legally and in your best interest. I can accomodate every type of scenario out there, if you have very little equity, or plenty of equity but need to sell quickly or you are somewhere in the middle.
