“You were the only agent who picked up.”
About two months ago, I answered a call from an unfamiliar, out-of-state number. On the other end was a gentleman looking to sell his property.
After talking through the details, I asked how he found me. His answer? He had called several agents, and I was the only one who answered.
We listed his property right before Labor Day, received two offers, and were under contract shortly afterward. But getting to the closing table took some work.
Unexpected issues came up, and along the way, people tried to take advantage of him financially. I was especially grateful to have trusted contractors I could call—people who showed up, did quality work, and helped us keep moving forward.
And now, it’s officially SOLD! 🏡🔑
To my seller: Thank you for trusting me when we started as complete strangers. Through every hurdle, I’m grateful I had the chance to be in your corner.
Sometimes, answering the phone is just the beginning. 🤍
