Just Sold! and 3 new pending!

576 College Hill was such an amazing and special home for us. Our clients (now friends) Emily & Kyle moved here from North Carolina a few years ago and we found this property off market. It was across the street from another very special house for us that we sold for some friends that moved out of state. It's amazing how different series of events in real estate can really impact the journey that others have. We spoke to the builders working on this home and found out that it was perfect for Emily & Kyle! So by finding this off market, during a very crazy real estate season in 2022, this was perfect for them. Fast forward a few years, a new baby girl, and a new job in Virginia, and they are leaving us sadly!
