Welcome to the official HVG Facebook community! This page is designed to keep you connected, informed, and engaged with your neighbors and our onsite team

. Here, you’ll find updates on community events, maintenance notifications, available apartments, and helpful tips for apartment living. It’s also a space to ask questions, share feedback, and foster a sense of community. Group Administration
• HVG page administrators manage group membership and content.
• Admins reserve the right to approve or remove members at their discretion.
• Membership may be revoked at any time for failure to follow community guidelines.

3. Posting Guidelines
To keep our community safe, respectful, and productive, please follow these posting rules:
• Be kind and respectful. Engage with courtesy and professionalism.
• No hate speech, bullying, or personal attacks of any kind will be tolerated.
• No advertising or self-promotion (including affiliate links) without prior admin approval.
• Defamatory, misleading, or inflammatory posts may be removed.

4. Moderation
• Administrators and moderators have the final authority over content and membership decisions.
• Posts or comments that violate these rules may be removed without warning.
• Continued violations may result in a ban from the group.
