Closed today! I spent a year helping these folks on market, off market, back on market, strategy, painting, negotiations, and packing! They have finally reached their goal of moving to their new home. It was such a pleasure to be part of their journey.
I'm ready for my next challenge, let me know how I can help you.

🎶I'd catch a gr***de for ya🎶

A Florida real estate agent was cleaning one of her listings recently when she came across what appeared to be a hand gr***de. She calmly placed the gr***de on the counter, and called the police. The bomb squad came and determined that it was in fact a gr***de, but it was not a threat.

The sheriff's office used it as an opportunity to remind everyone that if you come across a gr***de in one of your listings, please leave the area immediately, and then call police. Ummm, gotcha… thanks for the advice

Almost everything on this list has happened to me...

Plenty of people work around others all day long, but real estate agents are pretty much on stage all day, with clients watching and witnessing their every move. Inevitably, things happen that agents wish a client weren’t around to see! But if and when they do, it really helps when a client laughs...
