We love our loyal customers. There are days when you don’t feel like you’re making much of a difference and what you do isn’t enough. Then there are days when you get in on a Monday and you see how grateful your clients are for your services. A little thank you means the world to those of us that run small businesses. This was a beautiful note from customer that we helped get out of a jamb last week. She also brought us goodies and that makes it even sweeter.

Since we bought Norms back in May we’ve not had anything other than 5 star reviews (besides a few reviews from a competitor that’s since been removed by Google). I am proud of our team and all that we’ve accomplished in less than a year.

We’ve heard all of the ways that people try to NOT lose their keys. This one is a bit extreme. Stuffing keys in your eye socket is not a good idea.

For those of you following along with our battle with a scammer: this guys has apparently hit most of the local locksmiths in town. His email address has been reported and flagged as spam. He continues to attempt to get us to pay him for good reviews while posting 1 star reviews from the same WhatsApp address. Reviews used to mean something but with all
of this digital warfare on small businesses that rely on the google reviews it’s really hard to tell. Google really needs to get a handle on this.

So this morning I woke up to a negative review on our Google page. You can see the review for yourself from an Ashley Jensen. We knew that this was obviously not a real customer. This is my conversation with the person that says they’re Ashley. These people need help. If you have been a customer of Norms and have had any sort of experience with our company, please go to our google page and share. I’m not asking for 5 stars. I’m asking for honest reviews. 5 stars would be great, but be honest. Thank you for allowing us to serve.

We had a great time at the Chili Cookoff yesterday with the Realty ONE Group Mountain Desert - Prescott team. I was a judge and all of the chefs did an amazing job! Those bowls of Chili were incredible. It was so hard to choose which was best!

We had a great time yesterday at our first annual Chili Cookoff. There were a lot of great chili choices and our three judges had their work cut out for them! I'd like to give a big THANK YOU to James from Norms Lock and Safe LLC, Vanessa from ROC Title, and Karynn from Guard Home Warranty. You all were amazing and we appreciate you all so much!
