I found my real estate passion over the past 20 years by owning a HOME Fix-N-Flip business and buying/selling 10 personal properties including designing and executing beautiful remodels. With my background in sales and marketing in both real estate and high-tech industry, I have a unique perspective on real estate. I like to use data to its fullest potential, analyzing market trends and finding hidden gems that others might overlook. I balance the analytical with the emotional, understanding that buying a home is not just a financial decision; it's a deeply personal one. After living in AZ, CO and CA; as well as traveling the world, my husband and I spent 3 years researching where to live the rest of life – and Prescott it is!
