At the point in a new construction when all the wiring, outlets, plumbing, & HVAC ducts have been completed, buyers are given an opportunity to meet with a supervisor for a “pre drywall” walkthrough. I had represented our San Felipe friend, Sandi, as buyer’s agent in the purchase of a Dorn new build in Prescott Valley. Today she had that time with, Sean, the builder rep, so I joined in. My wife, Claudette, plus 2 more San Felipe friends, Ken & Jill, who now have a home in PV, shared in a happy time. Just one of those enjoyable times in my business.

Fun place for breakfast or lunch if you enjoy planes is Susie’s at the Prescott airport terminal. A little hidden gem that feels like a diner. Been there for years with a bunch of local regulars. Very reasonably priced and raved by everyone who’s eaten there. Stopped for lunch last week with some customers and they had great things to say about their hamburgers.

When Claudette & I lived in Mexico, I had some favorite street taco stands. Here in Prescott, my “go to” spot is Spicy Streets, a rather small place where I get great carne asada tacos for $1.50 each. As a regular, I received a text with a $5.00 reward. Stopped by Tuesday for my lunch. Always good. On Iron Springs just before Gail Gardner.
