A service agreement is about staying ahead of problems instead of waiting until you're uncomfortable and calling because something already failed.

Happy Labor Day from Air Design & Electric! 🇺🇸

Today is about recognizing the people who get up every day, put in the hours, learn a trade, build things, fix things, and keep our communities running.

We know firsthand that skilled trades aren't always easy. There are hot attics, rooftops, crawl spaces, long days, and plenty of jobs where getting dirty is just part of doing it right. 🔧⚡

We're especially thankful for our crew and all the hardworking men and women throughout the Prescott area who take pride in what they do.

Okay… this one is starting to look pretty damn cool. 🎬⚡

We've been working on the electrical and lighting for this home theater room, and it's finally getting to the point where you can see everything coming together.

Recessed ceiling lights, wall sconces, electrical—and of course a mini-split to keep the room comfortable when movie night turns into a marathon. 😂

It's not finished yet, so consider this a sneak peek.

We'll share the finished project once everything is wrapped up, because this room is going to look awesome when it's done.

And it's a good reminder that Air Design & Electric does a whole lot more than AC repair.

**It’s what you DON’T see that can matter most. 👀**

During this replacement, we found that the existing rooftop equipment stand **wasn't actually secured to the roof** — the weight of the old unit was basically what had been holding it in place.

That's not something we're going to ignore just because the new equipment can sit on top of it.

Before installing the new system, we properly **secured the existing stand and sealed everything up** to make sure the installation was done right.

These are the details homeowners may never see — but they're exactly the details that matter.

My grandfather, **A.J.**, started his HVAC business in Dallas in the 1950s. He was a World War II veteran, a business owner, and the kind of man who believed that your word mattered. He stayed in the trade for decades and sold his business, living an honorable life.

Tonight's post isn't really about an air conditioner. It's about carrying forward the values that built this industry in the first place
