We’re so grateful for the opportunity to help this seller successfully navigate the sale of their Prescott home. They were an absolute dream to work with—and even took an unexpected septic surprise in stride!

During the process, we discovered that the septic system needed an extensive repair. The concrete lid had to be removed, and we had to tackle four-foot-thick roots that had grown around the system. It was wild! 🌳😳
