ANOTHER SOLD IN PAULDEN, AZ! 🎉🔑

These buyers are like family and so enjoyable to work with! 👨‍👩‍👦‍👦💙

Getting to see them regularly along with their sweet twin boys was a special time and we are so grateful for it! Most of the homes that had their criteria and was in their price range didn't have any land but then we found "The One" that got them excited!

The house had some remodeling, it has two acres and the well was a good producer with great water quality which made it the right choice for them!! We had a few hurdles at the end of the escrow but at the end of the day it closed and they moved in!!

Like most sellers this one was no exception wanting to start the listing price a bit high. We had the discussion about the pros and cons of doing this and depending on the amount of showings we receive or lack of showings without an offer will tell us how overpriced we are.

We had quite a few showings without an offer and the seller decided to pivot quickly to get the home moved which made all of the difference on getting it sold.
