✨ Just Closed… and this one hits different. ✨

There are transactions… and then there are the ones where you can clearly see God moving through every step.

This was one of those.

My sellers were walking through a really challenging season. They needed to secure their next home before even listing their current one—a situation that could have easily fallen apart at any point.

But we stepped out in faith.

🏡 We found the right home
📄 Wrote an offer contingent on their home selling (before it was even on the market)
🚀 Got their home ready in ONE week
💥 And on Day 1… we received an offer $10,000 over asking

Sounds smooth, right? Not quite…

That buyer was also contingent. Which meant we now had a 3-home domino that all had to line up perfectly.
