I've got a system for everything and that keeps my whole team focused on the the needs of each individual. I'm tenacious when it comes to negotiations, and sensitive to individual circumstances. A life-long learner with a passion for community service & outreach that was nurtured from a very young age, I'm the oldest of three children raised all over the country and overseas by parents who served in the United States Air Force.
