Mingus West in Prescott Valley...a subdivision of custom and semi custom homes located near the base of Mingus Mountain leading to, perhaps a 35 minute drive to Jerome.

This property is fully custom and ranks above most of the homes nearby. This home has a perfect layout and an enormous RV garage that any man would be the envy of.

Then for the chef of the house, there's then over the top outdoor kitchen that has everything needed for entertaining large groups and guests.

'Of course there's much more, but it's better to visit it live'

I've been pretty quite lately, but I have news! I've made the move to Superlative Realty here in Prescott! Fresh starts are always invigorating, and I need some business.

This property is a listing of my friend at Long Realty. The location is stellar, American Ranch. It sits at the base of Granite Mountain, offering several miles of riding and hiking trails, in the spring, it has several water crossings and is a wonderful area to train and condition your horses.

More challenging for the mountain bikers and hikers love this area, the terrain can be rugged in places which makes it more exciting!
