I am currently searching for my next Real Estate Brokerage to hang my license. I am interested in finding a Brokerage/Team that has an office/Branch that is local to the Peoria/Glendale market, and one that has a caring and sociable culture, with a true feeling of Team/Family, and not one that is only interested in charging their Associates high monthly fees, and is more focused on how much money the Brokerage can earn from the dedication and hard work of the Associates, rather than helping the Associates keep money in their own pockets.

It's with great sadness that Susanne and I inform you that our loving pup Gino crossed the rainbow bridge yesterday. Our hearts ache. For those of you who knew Gino, our little gray Shih Tzu, you know how much he liked everyone, and how gentle he was. We called him our little Italian stray dog, our Gino Beano. Sue found him at a shelter when we lived in Arkansas, back in 2012. She was told that he was tossed out of a car just that morning before he was turned into the shelter. He imprinted on her immediately. I know we gave him a good home, and in return he gave us a lot of hugs, tail wags, and laughs over the years. He was a good boy, and we miss him so much. We know he's on the other side now, running around and playing with our girl Daisy in the lush, green grass. We love you Gino Beano. ❤️
