The math on a rent increase looks great, until the resident walks. 📉

A reliable resident who pays on time and treats the place well is worth more than the extra you’re chasing. Push too hard and you can trade a steady check for a vacant unit and a turnover bill that erases the whole gain.

Know when to hold a good thing.

Most people who say they don't want to buy a home don't actually mean it. 🏡

They just don't believe they can, usually because of a few myths that aren't even true. Perfect credit? 20% down? Not the requirements people think they are.
