👋 Whether you’re new here or you’ve been following us for years, we thought it was time to reintroduce ourselves!

We’re Kari and Troy Cook - husband and wife, California transplants, Prescott locals and the team behind The Cooks | First Responder Agents.

We didn’t just choose Prescott as the place to build our real estate business. We chose it as the place to build our life.

Our business is built around relationships, straight answers and helping people make smart real estate decisions without pressure or salesy nonsense. We especially love helping retirees, first responders, horse-property buyers and people relocating from the Phoenix area or leaving California in search of a different way of life.
