Units are Lot 99 unit # 23 & # 25 and Lot 97 Unit B. Pictures below show the units. Thor Enterprises is seeking a skilled laborer to assist with general property maintenance, landscaping, and carpentry tasks. Responsibilities will include assisting with window installations, deck construction, and other carpentry projects, as well as operating machinery such as backhoes, tractors, and small dump trucks for various groundwork projects. Mechanical aptitude is desirable but not essential. As a company that manages a storage facility, apartment buildings, mobile home park, and maintains infrastructure across 47 acres, Thor Enterprises offers a unique work environment that allows you to do something different daily. Compensation will depend on experience. This Monday through Friday position can be full-time or part-time and may be seasonal with potential for year-round employment.
