We were out touring one of our listings with potential buyers a few days ago and it occured to me that many sellers are not getting the kind of representation they need.

When interviewing a potential listing agent for your land, you should ask:
-Can you access my land year-round? How do you access it and what kind of equipment do you have?
-Listing on the MLS is a given. Are you going to advertise on various land based multimedia sites?
-Do you understand easement and water rights issues?
-What is your advertising budget and how are you going to promote my property?

These are just a few things to consider when it's time to sell your land. A good agent can help you through the process from start to finnish.
