If you need supplies and can’t leave your house, call Preston Market at 860-892-1407. They will deliver to the seniors at Lincoln Park Village on Tuesdays and Fridays between 3 and 4 pm.

Here is a list of Stores and Restaurants compiled by Steve Colli, Preston townsperson, that you as tenants of Lincoln Park Village (also known as Preston Senior Housing) can utilize during this COVID 19 crisis. Thank you and stay safe.

Preston Market / Post Office – in Lu-Macs Plaza, 860-892-1407 call ahead for speedy service.

Store is sanitized regularly throughout day for your safety as well as theirs. If you are a tenant of Lincoln Park you can call to place an order and they will deliver.

Lu-Mac’s Package Store – Open 9am to 8pm and Sundays 10am to 6pm. Fully stocked shelves, but not accepting returnable can or bottles at this time. They also collect food everyday for Preston Food Pantry and they match donations that are put into their donation can.

Preston General Store – next to Flemmings, seniors can stay in your car and they will carry your items out to you.

Harp and Dragon, open everyday 4-9pm. 860-885-0147. Offering delivery to Preston. Menu is on their page.
Surrells Pizza in Jewett City will deliver 7 miles from their restaurant which covers most of Preston. 860-376-9555.

Errand Running

The Cow Bell Trading Post, 860-213-1280, offer “pickup on the porch” with online shopping. They have local honey, Cabot cheeses, teas, jams, dips and many other items. Located at 73 Rt. 2. Website is cowbelltradingpost.com
