Everyone is hoping and praying that rates decrease and make home buying more affordable. I’ve had quite a few buyers tell me they want to wait and see what happens with the election before they buy.
What a lot of buyers don’t realize is if rates drop, prices will go up! ⬆️
The market will get much more competitive!
Remember, you “marry the house and date the rate.”
To put it another way, if you find the right place, buy now — you can always refinance later.
