We offer subsidized
housing through HUD and Rural Development in Price and through
Rural Development only in Wellington.
The program offers reduced rent to subsidized housing-income families, elderly and qualified singles whose income is below certain limits set by HUD and RD. If you are approved, you will pay 30 percent of your adjusted income after allowances for minors and other factors. You will have to recertify your income annually.

We have two-bedroom apartments in Price which have a minimum
occupancy of two-people. We have one, two and three-bedroom
apartments in Wellington, however no one-bedroom units are available at this time.

Once you have submitted a completed application we will check your landlord references and complete the approval process with a
background check. We maintain a waiting list to ensure we process
applications in the order received. Many applicants don’t follow
through so the number of applicants on the waiting list is somewhat irrelevant.
