🏡 SOLD & OFFICIALLY CLOSED! 🔑✨

This one deserves a little extra celebration. It was my first trustee sale, and it certainly kept me on my toes!

Just five days before our original closing date, the buyer agent informed me that her buyer unexpectedly lost their financing. At that point, we had to move quickly and strategically to keep the transaction moving forward. Rather than putting the home back on the market and starting all over again, we were able to secure another buyer and get the property back under contract without ever having to return to the active market. 🙌

This was not an easy transaction, and there were plenty of moving pieces along the way, but I’m very happy to say…
WE ARE OFFICIALLY CLOSED! 🥂🏡

I am incredibly grateful to everyone who played a part in getting this one across the finish line. Transactions like this are a reminder that real estate isn’t always about getting a home under contract, sometimes it’s about knowing how to navigate the unexpected, problem solve quickly, communicate with everyone involved, and keep pushing until the job is done.
