This one is EXTRA special and the start of something new and exciting 🤩 for my real estate career. 🏠 I met my client back in 2021 and helped her sell and buy in Southern Maryland. 🦀 A couple of years later, she married and moved to Middle River in Baltimore. She asked me if I would help them buy investment properties there. At that time, I just wasn't ready; but we have always stayed in touch. Fast forward to a month ago and she asked me to help her sell her home here in Southern Maryland. She also asked me if I would reconsider and be her agent in Middle River. Without growth, we become stagnant. If we don't take these leaps of faith, we limit ourselves and what we can truly become. So I said yes! In a matter of days, I helped them put a strong 💪 offer in on this home. We were up against multiple offers and won! 🏆 My clients will be renovating this home and I will help them sell it in a few months. This has been my real estate dream for nine years and God knew it way before I ever did! 🙏❤️ I'm so excited for my clients and for myself. But what I am most grateful for is the relationship that I have built with them; how they believed in me and gave me the push that I needed to step out of my comfort zone. 😍 I can't wait to see where this takes us. The possibilities are endless!! 🏡❤️
