What an honor to receive the Southern Maryland Association of Realtors Hall of Fame award!! 🥳 This award means that I have received a SMAR Award of Excellence for five years. 🤩 Real estate is not for the faint of heart. It's hard, it's challenging, it's stressful, it's sometimes giving up family or vacation time, it's not your typical 40 hour a week job. But it's so rewarding!! 🎉 It's meeting new clients that become friends, it's seeing 👀 their eyes light up when we find their perfect home 🏠 and it's the joy of handing them the keys 🔑 to their new home at the settlement table. It's helping homeowners sell their homes and move on to new adventures. Never did I imagine 9 years ago, that I would own a business that I love and thrive at! Look 👀 at these happy homeowners!! 🥳

After two days of moving, Danica and Joan are officially in their new home 🏠 and we are empty nesters once again!! 😍 We are so excited 🤩 for them and for us! 🤣 This deal was quite a roller-coaster 🎢 ride and we are truly grateful that everyone kept a level head during the whole process. I toggled back and forth ALOT from Momma to real estate agent!! A HUGE thank you to Sam Leach with FitzGerald Financial Group for taking over when the lending fell through a week before settlement. You got us over the finish line! 🏁 And thank you Randy Utz and Vicky Rawlings for your patience and for putting us in touch with Sam. 😊 We all worked together behind the scenes to make this happen. Congratulations 🎉 Danica and Joan and thank you for allowing me to help make your dream of home ownership come true. May you be blessed with many beautiful moments in your new home. 🏡 I love you!! ❤️
