I'm kinda late giving this shout-out, but... Congratulations to Alec & Camryn on the purchase of their home!
This one feels extra special because this journey was an adventure! Alec kept me on my toes LOL. There were plenty of twists and turns along the way, but now they are home [for now].
It's awesome that after being in Alaska, they were able to come back to their home state of Maryland ❤️
After a previous contract turned into a nightmare, I was happy to see them move forward with the home that was truly the right one for them - that loan assumption interest rate was icing on the cake! 🙌
I've genuinely enjoyed getting to know these two throughout the process. Alec has done incredibly well during his 7 years of military service. His wife, Camryn, is his blessing (lol... kidding, not kidding 😊). She's also killing it in school and holding the fort down while getting her hands dirty painting etc., helping to make the house their home (Camryn, remember to tell him to woosah LOL 🧘🏻♀️)
This may not be their forever home, especially with another deployment likely somewhere down the road, but this home will be there for them to come back to after the military moves them elsewhere (if they choose to move back when that time comes). It's definitely a smart investment move regardless 👍
Alec & Camryn, thank you for trusting me, for keeping me on my toes, and for allowing me to be part of such an important milestone in your lives. It was truly a pleasure getting to know you both, and I'm so happy we finally got you to the closing table!
