The story of this double closing day is a good one! These two had a great home for sale that had been sitting on the market for a while largely because of the location. They were patient, we pivoted when we needed to and waited for the right buyer. On the day we saw their absolute dream home, their home got an offer in and then another the following day. They were anxious, as it looked like at first, the sellers weren’t going to accept a contingent offer over another non-contingent offer they received on their dream home. We adjusted a few of the terms to try to offset the home sale contingency, but pretty much chalked it up to a loss, until the listing agent called me that night to let me know the sellers were going to accept their offer. 🎉🎉🎉 The stars truly aligned. It called for some creativity and outside the box thinking from the agents on all sides at times, but to see them buy their dream home today made all the work over the past year so worth it ❤️

I had the best time working with this family. They came to me as a recommendation from someone who worked in the real estate industry and knew lots of great agents, so to say I was flattered when I got the call from his family member is an understatement.
