A MONDAY open house… and 10+ buyers still showed up. 👀🔥
Sandy and I had an awesome turnout at 4036 9th Street in North Beach, Maryland, with a mix of trade-up buyers and real estate investors coming through to see what this home had to offer.
Sandy kept the party going outside with the flamingos + kiddie pool 🦩😂 while I camped out by the snacks talking strategy — bridge loans, buying before you sell, investor financing, monthly payment options, and how to structure the next move before making an offer.
That’s my favorite part of these events: it’s not just opening a door. It’s helping Southern Maryland homebuyers and investors understand their options so they can actually make a move with confidence.
Massive success, great people, great energy… and we even got a few minutes on the porch afterward to soak it all in. 🫶🏼
Then I somehow still had enough energy left to hit the gym. 😂
