Congratulations to Libby Gatewood on her induction into the National Association of REALTORS® RPAC Hall of Fame on June 15, 2026.
This prestigious honor recognizes REALTORS® who have demonstrated an extraordinary commitment to protecting private property rights and advocating for homeowners, property owners, and the real estate profession.

Libby's induction is an incredible personal achievement, and we couldn't be prouder of her.
As we celebrate this milestone, we're also humbled by what it represents for our company. Of the approximately 36,000 REALTORS® in Virginia, fewer than one-quarter of one percent have earned induction into the NAR RPAC Hall of Fame. Only 82 Virginia REALTORS® have ever received this distinction, and we are honored that three of them—Libby Gatewood, Mary Ann White, and Shanna Story—are part of the Parr & Abernathy Realty family.
For a boutique brokerage celebrating 40 years in business, that isn't simply a statistic. It's a reflection of the values that have guided our company since 1986: leadership, advocacy, professionalism, and an unwavering commitment to serving our clients and our communities.
