It’s been a busy summer! 🏡
Five listings sold, one under contract. Every single one over asking. Plus, another successful purchase helping clients make their next move.
A lot goes into getting from that first conversation to the closing table. Sometimes that process happens quickly, and sometimes it means staying connected and being a resource for a couple of years until the timing is right.
The circumstances are always different, but the approach is pretty consistent... Understand what the client is trying to accomplish, have a plan, communicate well, and execute.
I’m incredibly grateful for the people who have trusted me to guide them through some pretty big decisions this summer, and I'm proud of the results we’ve been able to achieve together.
