The next phase of construction is underway at The Village Walk at Montgomery! The large footings and extensive rebar will allow this 10,000 square foot building to serve as a retaining wall allowing for the remainder of Village Drive to be completed in the spring of 2026. Village Drive will help alleviate traffic on Route 206 by creating access to Route 518 as well as to Montgomery Crossing and other surrounding residences.

This building will carry the same design characteristics and high quality materials to enhance Montgomery’s downtown district.

As 38 year residents of Montgomery Township, we knew one need that had to be filled was a place to sit and gather with family and friends over breakfast. That’s why we’re excited that the area’s best, PJ’s Pancake House & Tavern, has chosen The Village Walk at Montgomery for their newest location!

Scheduled to open this fall, PJ’s will be sure to impress with their large dining room full of natural light, outdoor patio, fully stocked bar (because PJ’s is more than just breakfast), and incredible menu that customers have come to know and love.

Located next to AT&T in the newest building at The Village Walk at Montgomery, PJs’ building was designed using full brick, rich trim details, and classic architectural elements to enhance Montgomery’s downtown experience. The Village Shoppes at Montgomery consists of a strong and versatile mix of businesses offering an array of goods and services to the Montgomery community, some for over 15 years. These businesses are an integral part of our community, supporting not only their customer base, but sports programs, local camps, and a number of other local organizations.

The Village Shoppes is also home to the Montgomery Farmer’s Market offering local produce, fresh baked bread, and other great local products. Open Saturdays from 9 am to 12 pm, May through October.

The Village Walk at Montgomery is a new, integrated development project at 1320-1378 Route 206 in Skillman, NJ. Located adjacent to the existing Village Shoppes at Montgomery (full renovation and 16,000 sf addition completed by Pugliese Properties in 2014), The Village Walk at Montgomery will consist of 90,000 sf of retail/restaurant space, 52 residential apartments, 8,000 sf of office space, new pedestrian accessibility, and two new loop roads connecting Routes 206 and 518.

Phase 1A will be complete in March 2022 and includes a 10,000 sf pad site with drive-thru that will be home to four new businesses: Starbucks, Orange Theory Fitness, Jersey Mike’s Subs, and Hand & Stone Massage. This phase also includes all new utility infrastructure and DOT improvements providing new and improved access from Route 206.
