Information on the abandoned apartments next to Wal-Mart in Princeton.

Construction delays have arisen due to contractual issues between developers and contractors. The project has been sold to a new developer who intends to complete the project and bring the building into total compliance with the City’s building standards.

We are heartbroken by the tragic and senseless shooting in Allen, Texas, that claimed the life of one of our Farmer graduates, Christian LaCour. Our thoughts, prayers, and condolences go out to his family. Christian was known as a genuinely kind person. He was a dedicated student who enjoyed learning and asking thought-provoking questions. Christian was a wonderful friend and a good student who fellow students and FISD staff members loved.

When there is a tragedy of this magnitude, the entire Farmersville ISD Community feels the pain. Please join us in continuing to pray for Christian’s family, friends, and all those who are feeling his absence. Please know that we are here for each and every one of you, and our Farmersville counselors are available for staff and student support.
