JUST LISTED!
3 bedroom townhouse in
A quiet oasis, moments from the shops and restaurants of Pennington, this meticulously maintained Laurelwood model offers a sophisticated blend of classic elegance and modern upgrades. From the moment you step into the soaring two-story foyer, the home’s open, airy floor plan, which is the largest 2 story model in the neighborhood, invites you in. The main level is defined by gleaming hardwood floors that flow seamlessly throughout, where oversized windows and doors, outfitted with premium Silhouette roller shades, bathe the home in natural light. A formal sitting and dining room provide spacious areas for entertaining. At the heart of the home, the sleek kitchen has been elevated with stunning granite countertops that complement the crisp white cabinetry and tiled backsplash. It’s a space designed for both daily life and effortless entertaining, opening directly to a sun-filled breakfast room and a cozy family room. A standout feature is the two-sided, see-through gas fireplace with fluted mantels and marble surrounds, providing a warm, architectural focal point for both living areas. Upstairs, the luxury of hardwood continues throughout all three bedrooms. The primary suite is a true retreat, featuring cathedral ceilings, two generous closets, including 1 walk in, and a spa-like ensuite bath complete with a whirlpool tub and separate shower. Two additional well-appointed bedrooms share a central hall bath, conveniently located near the upper-level laundry room. Sliding glass doors from the family room lead to a private, fenced patio, backed by mature trees and perfect for quiet morning coffee or weekend gatherings. Just a stone's throw to the Twin Pines pool. A two-car garage, first-floor powder room, and an abundance of storage closets make sure this meticulously cared-for home has everything you need for thoughtful, easy living. The prime location offers an unparalleled commute with easy access to the Hamilton Station for NYC and the West Trenton SEPTA line for Philadelphia. Served by the Hopewell Valley Regional School District, including the ever-popular Stony Brook Elementary.

I am incredibly honored to share that I’ve been ranked #383 among all individual real estate agents in New Jersey. This puts me in the top 1.5% of agents statewide, a milestone that reflects not just hard work, but the incredible trust my clients place in me every day.

Real estate is about so much more than transactions; it’s about the people and the journeys we embark on together. Your loyalty and support allow me to do what I love: providing a seamless, results-driven experience for every homeowner and buyer I represent.

A huge thank you to my clients, colleagues, and community for making this possible. I’m looking forward to another year of helping you reach your goals!

There is something truly special about the 110-year-old homes on Jefferson Street, but as any Princeton local knows, historic charm often comes with a side of complexity. I’m thrilled to announce that this stunning duplex has officially sold, though the journey to the closing table was anything but standard.

This transaction was a masterclass in logistics. With the owners living out of the country, I managed the process across time zones while balancing the needs of current tenants who loved the home and wanted to stay. Add in a pool of eager buyers and the meticulous attention to detail required for a century-old property, and you have a puzzle that required a very specific touch to solve.

Navigating these moving parts is where experience counts. Despite the hurdles, we found the perfect match, ensuring the legacy of this beautiful property continues with its next chapter.

If you’re considering selling a unique or historic home in Princeton and want a partner who can navigate the complexities of a challenging market with a calm head, let’s talk. I’m ready to put this same level of detail and dedication to work for you.

OPEN HOUSE SUNDAY, MAY 3!st - 12-2pm!

This Ewing Tudor stands as a testament to architectural integrity in a market of cookie-cutter builds. The experience begins before you even step inside, with a covered front porch offering a perfect vantage point for morning coffee. Step through the arched, original front door, complete with vintage hardware, and you’ll immediately feel the calm, warm character that defines this home. Here, history is preserved in the details, from the warmth of the brick fireplace in the living room to the solid, polished wooden bannister that anchors the entryway. These are the kinds of period features that simply cannot be replicated in new builds, offering a sense of permanence and craft that is becoming increasingly rare.
While the soul of the home remains intact, the infrastructure has been meticulously elevated to meet today’s high standards. The kitchen is a complete standout, fully renovated with high-end finishes, sleek cabinetry, and even a walk-in pantry. Every bathroom has been stripped and reimagined with modern aesthetics and premium fixtures, ensuring the home feels as fresh as it does historic. Three bedrooms give everyone their space, while the many closets mean everything will have its place.
Practicality hasn't been overlooked: the basement is clean, dry, and surprisingly spacious, providing ample room for laundry and organized storage. Outside, the property is designed for both the hobbyist and the household. You’ll find a charming kitchen garden perfect for herbs and perennials, alongside a thoughtfully closed-in section of the yard that offers a secure space for dogs to roam or for worry-free play. A double garage and large driveway adds convenience. For the buyer who values architectural integrity but demands a turnkey, renovated interior, this property is a sophisticated and strategic find. Under 15 mins drive to trains to NYC and Philadelphia, and planes to almost anywhere!

Every home in Pennington and Hopewell has a story, but sometimes the most important chapter is the one where the owner decides it’s time to move on.

I recently worked with a homeowner in Hopewell Township who had spent years lovingly maintaining a stunning custom-built property, with views that blow you away. They were ready to downsize, but they had a very specific, non-negotiable goal: they wanted to walk away with $1M net after every single closing cost and fee was settled.

In a typical real estate transaction, the "rote" process says the seller pays the commissions. But real estate isn’t one-size-fits-all, and sticking to the script doesn’t always get my clients where they need to go. By listening closely to what truly drove both the seller and the prospective buyer, we found a creative path forward. The buyer, eager to secure this unique home at a price that worked for their budget, agreed to cover the professional fees directly.

The result? The buyer got their dream home, and my seller hit their $1M target on the dot.

Success in this market isn't just about listing a property; it’s about finding the nuances and "hidden" solutions that make a deal work for everyone involved. Whether you’re looking to net a specific number or you have a unique timeline, I’m here to listen first and strategize second.

If you’re thinking about your next chapter in Hopewell or Pennington, let’s grab coffee and talk about what a win looks like for you.

This review means so much to me: Selling a long-time family home is never just a real estate transaction; it’s a delicate transition that requires a steady hand and a lot of heart. I recently helped a family navigate the sale of their mother’s Princeton home, knowing that my role was to be their eyes and ears on the ground while they managed the emotional weight of downsizing.

My primary focus was managing the needs of multiple out-of-town family members to ensure a completely "no-fuss" sale. By keeping everyone informed and confident from afar, we navigated the logistics seamlessly. Allowing them to prioritize their family rather than the paperwork.

If you’re looking for a partner who handles the complex details so you don’t have to, I’d love to help. Reach out to discuss how we can make your next move a smooth one.

Just Sold in Princeton! 🥂

There’s a common myth in real estate that every home needs to look like a minimalist showroom to fetch a premium price. The truth? The best results come from a strategy that fits your life, not a one-size-fits-all checklist.

I just listed and sold another beautiful property here in Princeton, and the process reminded me why a tailored approach is so vital. Whether your home is a blank canvas (empty), professionally staged to the nines, or comfortably lived-in while you juggle daily life, there is a specific roadmap to success for each scenario.

Selling your home "your way" means we look at your timeline, your lifestyle, and your goals first. Then, we layer in the market data and presentation tactics that will actually move the needle. My job is to handle the complexities and navigate those choices with you, ensuring you get the best possible return without the unnecessary stress.

Thinking about selling your Princeton home? Let’s grab a coffee and talk about a strategy that works for you.

Being a landlord has its rewards, but let’s be honest, it also comes with its fair share of heavy lifting. If you’ve been holding onto a rental property in the Princeton area, you’re likely sitting on a significant amount of equity thanks to the incredible home price appreciation we’ve seen over the last few years.

Is it time to finally reap the rewards of that investment?

Whether you’re looking to simplify your lifestyle or want to explore a 1031 exchange to defer capital gains, now is a strategic time to consider a sale. I know the biggest hurdle is often the "what about the tenants?" factor. Selling an occupied property requires a delicate, human touch. I pride myself on working closely with existing tenants to ensure the transition is respectful and smooth, minimizing friction for everyone involved while still getting you the best possible return. That's what happened with this property: The landlord wanted to sell, the tenants also had time frames and wants of their own. Its not always easy to just pack up on someone else's need, and an understanding third party can help bridge the emotional and practical gap. Ultimately, the aim is for everyone to find a solution to the situation that works for them.

If you’re curious about what your property is worth in today’s market or want to chat about an exit strategy that honors your long-term tenants, I’m here to help.

I recently received the sweetest review from a buyer who just closed on their dream home in Princeton, and it reminded me why I love what I do.

Buying a home should be an exciting, enjoyable journey, even during the whirlwind of Spring real estate season! It’s no secret that inventory moves fast in Princeton at this time of year, and the pressure can sometimes turn what’s supposed to be a fun process into a stressful race. That’s why I’m so thrilled these clients decided to get ahead of the rush and secured their perfect home earlier in the year.

For me, its all about creating a calm, clear, and informed experience so buyers can actually *enjoy* this milestone moment. I’m so happy that’s what they felt.

To my amazing buyers: thank you for trusting me with such an important step in your lives. And to anyone else dreaming of making a move this year, try to find some humor in what can be a gruelling process 💛

"Couldn’t Have Asked for a Better Realtor!

Working with Amanda was truly one of the best parts of our home-buying experience. We were moving from Jersey City to Central Jersey and didn’t know the Princeton / West Windsor area well, so having Amanda by our side made all the difference. From day one, she made my husband and me feel empowered, informed, and confident throughout the entire process. She gave us the knowledge we needed about the different towns and neighborhoods, connected us with trusted vendors and contacts, and helped us feel at ease every step of the way.

We started working with Amanda early in our search and did not expect to find the right home so quickly. But when the perfect fit came along, she helped us move fast, stay grounded, and feel completely confident in our decision. It was absolutely the best decision we could have made.

Amanda's knowledge and network were invaluable. We ended up using every recommendation Amanda gave us because we trusted her judgment completely, and every one of them was excellent. Even after closing, she has continued to think of us, sending helpful recommendations, making connections, and staying thoughtful about helping us build roots in the community. We are so grateful for her thoughtfulness and special level of care.

Beyond being incredibly skilled at what she does, Amanda brought such friendliness, calm energy, and humor to the process that she genuinely made home buying fun. My only regret is that we didn’t get to work together longer! I would recommend Amanda wholeheartedly to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. She is exceptional!" E. Cruz Grant - Princeton, NJ
