🏡 More Homes Are Coming on the Market in Central New Jersey
If you've been wondering whether the real estate market is changing, here's one number worth watching: inventory.
According to June 2026 data from New Jersey REALTORS®:
• Mercer County had 12.5% more single-family homes for sale than a year earlier.
• Middlesex County had 26.8% more single-family homes for sale than a year earlier.
More inventory means buyers have more homes to consider. For homeowners thinking about selling, it also means pricing and presentation become even more important as buyers have additional choices.
Of course, county-wide numbers don't tell the whole story. Real estate can be very different from one town — and even one neighborhood — to the next.
If you're curious about what's happening in your neighborhood, feel free to reach out. I'm always happy to look at the numbers with you.
