Residents, by now you should have gotten an email and a letter from us about Loft. This is a new way to pay your rent online and turn in maintenance requests. Please contact the office for your unit number to sign up. Also if you want to use this but didn’t get an email or don’t have one on file with us, please call the office. If you do not want to use this, you don’t have to do anything.
