Depending on your eligibility, location, and loan program, 0% down may be possible through:

1. VA Loans – Eligible service members, veterans, and certain surviving spouses may qualify for 100% financing.

2. USDA Loans – Qualified buyers purchasing in eligible rural or suburban areas may be able to buy with no down payment.

3. Down Payment Assistance – Some state, local, nonprofit, and lender programs offer grants or assistance toward upfront costs.
