After years in real estate, there are a LOT of things I hear other agents say that I wholeheartedly disagree with. 🤯 Let's be real: I get that sometimes the truth can feel a little uncomfortable... but I’d rather be honest with buyers and sellers than just tell them what they want to hear. Because these opinions aren’t random. They’re based on years of watching people make really smart decisions… and really expensive mistakes in real time. 😅

A lot of people think a “good” agent is someone who agrees with everything they say. I disagree. Buying or selling a home is one of the biggest financial decisions most people will ever make. You deserve someone who will be honest with you — even when it’s not the easiest conversation. → Sometimes that means telling a seller their price is too high. → Sometimes it means telling a buyer not to overpay just because emotions took over. → Sometimes it means walking away from a deal entirely

When you're helping someone navigate one of the biggest financial and emotional decisions of their life, it gets personal fast. So yes, I'm going to lose sleep over your deal. I'm going to make sure you feel informed instead of overwhelmed. I'm going to help you make decisions you'll still feel good about years from now.
