The only thing spookier than Halloween? A thin, patchy lawn next spring.

Our core aeration and dormant seeding schedule is almost full, and the savings end Saturday, October 31:

10% off core aeration
15% off core aeration + dormant seeding

➡️ Aeration opens up packed-down soil so water and nutrients reach the roots. Dormant seed rests in the cold soil all winter and sprouts on its own in spring. The result is a thicker lawn next year without lifting a finger.

Once the schedule is full, it’s full.

🌟 Celebrating Businesses That Lead with Integrity!

We were honored to be part of the BBB Torch Awards celebration at the Peoria Riverfront Museum!

Our HR Director Elise, Sales Director Caleb, and Sales Administrator Tricia represented Taylor's Way for an evening recognizing businesses that demonstrate ethics, integrity, and a commitment to doing what's right.

As a fourth-generation, family-owned business, these values mean a great deal to us. We believe trust is earned through the way we treat our clients, support our team, and serve our communities.

Congratulations to all the businesses recognized! Thank you to the Better Business Bureau for bringing our business community together to celebrate excellence and integrity.

Every month, the Taylor’s Way team votes for a coworker who went above and beyond for the people around them. This month’s winner is Ben!

Our team said he’s always willing to go the extra mile for clients and teammates, and he never hesitates to jump in when he can help. Talking with Ben is pretty special experience. He’s optimistic, he takes accountability like a champ, and he rolls with the changes that come with a growing company while taking great care of the people around him. More than one teammate called him “an all around good dude,” and we couldn’t agree more.

Congratulations, Ben! We’re lucky to have such a kind human and great soul on our team. 🎉

It is the wreath on the door when you pull into the driveway. The garland wrapped around the porch when the kids run up the steps. The soft glow that welcomes every guest through the season.

Those are the details that make it feel like home—and they are exactly what our Taylor's Way lighting team is trained to design and install. From full architectural outlines to garland, wreaths, and pathway lighting, we handle the full experience. You just come home to it.

One less thing on your holiday to-do list. Zero ladders. Zero tangles.

The most beautiful house on the block does not happen by accident.

It happens when someone else handles the design, the installation, the maintenance during the season, and the takedown and storage when the holidays wrap. That is exactly what our team at Taylor's Way delivers—commercial-grade LED lights, custom-designed for your home or business, installed by technicians with years of training and experience.

Roofline lighting. Garland. Wreaths. Pathway lighting. Everything included.

Residential or commercial. Family dinner or storefront window. We show up, we set it up, and we come back to take it all down.

A big thank you to the Peoria Heights Chamber of Commerce for letting us be part of the Taste of the Heights last night!

We had so much fun meeting everyone, chatting with the community, and enjoying such a great event. We hope you got to meet our Sales Director, Caleb, and our Marketing Director, Stephanie!

And if you grabbed a bug spray while you were there… that was us! Consider it your official Taylor’s Way defense against those pesky little party crashers.

Thanks for having us, Peoria Heights! We’re already looking forward to the next one!!
