Meet Melba Ice Cream in Lawrenceville — and if you know The Gingered Peach, you already know this is going to be good. 👀 The owner is behind both spots, so you know they’re bringing that same attention to quality and deliciousness to the ice cream counter!

The staff is SO friendly, and samples are a must because choosing just one flavor is basically impossible.

My friend and I went with Peach Cobbler, and it was DELISH. 🍑 Creamy, flavorful, and the perfect treat for a hot summer day.

Today is National Dog Day, and I can’t think of a better reminder to pause, soak up the good stuff, and appreciate the unconditional love our dogs bring into our lives. 💜💙

Dolly was a lifelong animal lover, so it feels especially fitting to share this quote today as we remember her and the kindness she showed animals throughout her life.

Looking for a fun date night in Princeton, NJ? We headed downstairs to Der Keller at Triumph Brewing Company for dinner — the more relaxed, laid-back side of Triumph.

Upstairs has a more elevated, polished feel, while Der Keller downstairs is casual, cozy, and perfect for a low-key night out. We opted for Der Keller this time, and it was exactly the vibe we wanted: good food, great local beer, and an easygoing Princeton night.

POV: This is what weekends look like when you live near Princeton. 🦋

One of my favorite things about living in the Princeton area is that there’s always something to look forward to. From local festivals and nature preserves to farmers markets, live music, and community events, summer here has a way of slowing you down and helping you appreciate the little moments.

Today’s Butterfly Festival at The Watershed was one of those reminders that the best memories are often made close to home. Watching kids chase butterflies, explore the trails, and experience nature with so much wonder is exactly the kind of magic that makes this community so special.

If you missed it this year, add it to your summer bucket list for next summer—it’s one of those annual traditions that’s absolutely worth experiencing.

Another reason I love living in the Princeton area? When a new small business opens, this community shows up. ❤️

As many of you know, I picked up needlepoint last year and have officially become obsessed—not just with the hobby, but with the incredible community that comes with it.

The moment I heard **** was opening in Hopewell, I hit follow. So when Shelby hosted a Stitch Night at **Needle Creek Brewery** (one of my favorite local spots), I knew I had to be there.

Despite one of the hottest days of the summer, so many women came out to support a new local business. Needlepoint, local beer, and a room full of amazing people? That's my kind of night.

A huge congratulations to Shelby! Wishing you so much success—I can't wait to watch your business grow and be part of the journey.

And a special thank you to my friends who helped spark my love of needlepoint—Julia from **Garden State Stitch** and the wonderful community at **Stitch Club Princeton**. 💙
