This is Tyler! I can't even remember how Tyler found me a couple years ago, but I'm so glad he did. My most favorite part of being Real Estate Agent is helping first time homebuyers accomplish their dream of becoming a homeowner. I always feel elation!!! It brings me back to when I was in my 20s and bought my first home. While my friends were partying at college, I was working multiple jobs and paying a mortgage . It was the best investment I could have made into myself at a young age, so this transaction was special to me . He's starting with nothing so luckily I just emptied multiple homes and will be dropping off some supplies ! I know he is busy with his buddies this weekend, going to town on the property, he has significant acreage, which was one of his requirements. I could not be more proud of this kid! Congratulations Tyler, we did it ! This is why real estate brings me so much joy !

SO HERE ARE MY UPDATES 🎉
Tonight my sellers accepted a fantastic offer on their home 🏠 in West Boylston! The agent is going to be fantastic to work with, and the buyers are using my favorite lender, Brian Moore at Leader Bank, who they actually met at my open house. 🙂 how awesome is it when the stars ⭐️ align
I also helped my brother-in-law accepted a great offer on his adorable house in Scarborough Maine. One if my work besties, Carly, is his agent. She did a phenomenal job helping us select a great offer so that my brother-in-law can move onto his next chapter.

Also after a busy weekend of showings, my buyers decided NOT to submit an offer on a house we looked at and to wait for something to come on in their chosen town. The ⭐️'s might be aligning there, I'm crossing my fingers so tight for them on this one.
And lastly, I am anxiously anticipating Thursday when my young first time homebuyer will close on his first house 🏠 And this is just the perfect one with tons of land for all his toys.
I think in all the craziness, I forgot to share that we closed on my father-in-law's house and he is now living with us permanently. His ADU is probably about six weeks out from being done. Maybe I'll get back to sharing photos.
Oh, and my new five bedroom septic system is complete! I've got a guy for that if you ever need one! He's the best in the business. Hopefully you read to the end. Have a great night!
