🐜 Pest-Control Reminder for Princeton Village Residents

Management provides pest-control services to help maintain a clean and comfortable community. Residents whose apartments are scheduled for treatment will receive advance notice. Reminders may also appear in the community newsletter.

Please help prevent pest activity by:

✅ Keeping food in sealed containers
✅ Washing dirty dishes promptly
✅ Removing trash regularly
✅ Reporting signs of pests to Management immediately
✅ Allowing access when your apartment is scheduled for service

Refusing access for a scheduled pest-control treatment may result in an infraction. Three infractions may justify termination of the Lease Agreement.

If you notice pests or want to ask about available pest-control services, please contact the Princeton Village Community Manager. Prompt reporting and resident cooperation help protect your home and the entire community.

🍎 Free School Meals for Mercer County Students

Good news for Princeton Village families with school-age children! Mercer County Schools participates in the Community Eligibility Program, which provides students with breakfast and lunch at no cost.

Starting the day with breakfast and having a nutritious lunch can help students stay focused, energized, and ready to learn.

Parents and guardians can view school menus through the Dining section of the Mercer County Schools website or app. Questions about meals, dietary needs, or cafeteria services should be directed to your child’s school.

Princeton Village residents are responsible for routinely replacing the air filters in their apartments. A clean air filter can help:

✅ Improve indoor air quality
✅ Reduce dust and allergens
✅ Help your heating and cooling system operate efficiently
✅ Improve airflow and comfort
✅ Help prevent unnecessary maintenance issues

Check your filter regularly and replace it when it appears dirty. If you have questions about the correct filter or need assistance, please contact the Princeton Village office at 304-487-6365.

🎨 Community Improvement Coming Soon!

Your front door is one of the first things people notice—and a freshly painted door can make an apartment entrance and the entire community feel brighter, cleaner, and more welcoming. 🏡✨

Princeton Village is preparing to refresh the exterior doors throughout the community that need painting! A start date has not yet been finalized due to the weather and ongoing apartment preparations, but we’ll share another update once the schedule is confirmed.

Just a friendly reminder that community trash is collected every Wednesday. Please help keep Princeton Village clean and welcoming by:

✅ Placing all trash in securely tied bags
✅ Taking trash to the designated collection area
✅ Keeping hallways, doorways, and common areas free of trash
✅ Preparing your trash by Tuesday evening so it is ready for pickup
